INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
4 little potatoes
Aromatic herbs
Mustard
200 ml of beer
salt
METHOD
Place a rack or aluminium foil balls in the pot
Impregnate the skin of the chicken with mustard and add salt
Place it on the top of the rack and add the beer and the aromatic herbs
Put the cut potatoes to the half
program the pot in 4 hours
Once the time has passed, check that the chicken is well done and go through the grill to finish sauteing the skin
Remove the leftover juices and put them to boil while removing excess fat
