INGREDIENTS

3 tomatoes

2 potatoes

1 zucchini

1 small aubergine

2 onions

2 cloves garlic

100 g of goat cheese

4 tablespoons of olive oil

5 sprigs of parsley

Salt and freshly ground pepper

METHOD

Peel the onions and garlic

Wash and cut all the vegetables into 2 mm thick slices

Pour a little oil in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Divide the vegetables (except the garlic) into the casserole

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the rest of the oil over the vegetables

Cut the goat cheese into shavings and place it on the vegetables.

Chop the garlic and parsley and sprinkle over the vegetables

Close the slow cooker and start cooking
