Pecorino and pepper risotto

INGREDIENTS

5,29 oz of rice

8,8 oz of vegetable broth

3,5 oz milk

2,11 oz pecorino romano

sal and pepper

METHOD Put all the ingredients in the pot: the rice, the broth, milk, salt and pepper close the lid, press the "RICE" button, set the timer to 6 minutes, choose low pressure and press start

As soon as cooking is finished, vent, open the lid, stir in the risotto adding the pecorino cheese

If necessary, add a little broth or milk. Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
