INGREDIENTS

1 onion

1 green pepper

17,6 oz beans

1 or 2 tomatoes

3 garlic cloves

4 peeled pear tomatoes

1 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil

powdered chocolate

powdered chilli

smoked pepper

salt and pepper

METHOD

Cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and put them in the pot

Put the vegetables in the pot along with the beans and the 4 peeled pear tomatoes

Add in the tbsp of oil

Add powdered chocolate and powdered chilli

Add the salt, pepper and the smoked pepper

Program the pot Crock-Pot 5.7L AutoStir in 4:30 hours

Make sure you have correctly attached the autostir attachment to stir food while cooking
